System Warranty

ComTech Systems, Inc.'s commitment to customer satisfaction continues well after your new telecommunication system's installation is complete. We are pleased to offer you one of our full-service, comprehensive warranty plans that will start protecting your equipment from the very first day of installation, covering materials and labor costs for a period of one (1) full year.* Your warranty coverage entitles you to immediate response to your service needs from certified, factory-trained technicians who are experienced in providing reliable, efficient and professional service for your investment. We guarantee excellent customer satisfaction with our flexible coverage plans.

Service Response Commitment

ComTech Systems, Inc.'s commitment to our customers is to deliver the most responsive, efficient and excellent level of customer service available in the marketplace today. For all service affecting minor outages, we commit to a response time within two hours of your service call and the dispatching of a certified technician to your business location within 24 hours. For major outages, we commit to a response time within 15 minutes and the dispatching of a certified technician to your business location within four hours. ComTech Systems, Inc. also provides after-hours service response between the hours of 5:00 pm — 8:00 am, Monday through Friday and Saturday, Sunday and holidays all day.

Customer User Training

To maximize your investment and help your workforce more efficiently utilize the new technology you have purchased, ComTech Systems, Inc. offers a comprehensive and well-planned customer user training program to be conducted in your business location. During the development of the time line for the installation of your new equipment we will work with you to schedule your training classes and design instruction for your particular needs. Over time, we offer flexible "refresher" training for new staff members, temporary personnel or for anyone that would like to review system features.

Partner Programs

At the expiration of your system's warranty coverage, ComTech Systems, Inc. will be pleased to offer you an on-going full Partner Program plan, for materials and labor, designed and priced to best satisfy your needs. Our full Partner Program plan will cover remote maintenance, annual site inspection of your equipment, "refresher" customer user training, replacement of worn handset and base cords, and minor programming changes such as name display and system time changes.

Current Technology Assurance Program (CTAP)

Investment in telecommunications hardware can be a large investment for any business. Instead of having a large capital outlay, ComTech Systems offers attractive leasing terms on all its equipment (from all manufacturers). CTAP enables you to utilize current technology without large up front costs, upgrade to new technology for the same low monthly payments, and ensure complete protection for you communications infrastructure.

In addition to avoiding a large upfront cost, technology deployed today to help your business succeed will be refreshed or replaced as required to ensure your business is always employing cutting edge technology.
