This March, we welcomed Wes Miller to the ComTech team as our Sales Support Coordinator, and he has fit right in from day one.

Wes joined us with a diverse background spanning retail management, IT, and technical service. He has managed multiple retail locations, hired and developed future managers, and worked as both a Systems Engineer and Service Engineer, where he was responsible for troubleshooting complex equipment, solving problems under pressure, and providing exceptional customer support.
At ComTech, Wes supports our sales team with everything from managing leads and opportunities to assisting with quotes, customer follow-up, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. But in true small-business fashion, he hasn’t limited himself to what’s in his job description.
In just a few months, Wes has proven to be a true team player. He has jumped right into everything we’ve thrown his way and, whenever we’ve been short-staffed, has willingly stepped in wherever he can - especially helping field service calls when we need the extra support. His positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed are exactly what our Team-Oriented Core Value is all about.
Beyond the work itself, Wes is simply one of those people you genuinely enjoy having a conversation with. He’s approachable, positive, and easy to work with, and in just a few months, he has become a natural fit within our team and culture.
Outside of work, Wes enjoys gaming and spending time with his wife and two daughters. Looking ahead, he hopes to continue learning, taking on new challenges, and finding new ways to contribute to ComTech’s growth.
