Joseph Ramspacher

This February, we welcomed a new face to the ComTech family — and in just a few short months, Joe has already made a big impression.

As a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician and Dispatcher, Joe hit the ground running. He’s quickly learned the ropes, seamlessly integrated into the team, and become a go-to resource. His positive attitude, adaptability, and customer-first mindset have earned him consistent gold star reviews — in fact, he’s currently topping the leaderboard!

Before joining ComTech, Joe worked in customer service, general contracting, and real estate — fields where communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are key. These experiences have translated naturally into his role supporting clients and keeping operations smooth and efficient.

Joe is also committed to continuous learning. He recently earned his CompTIA Security+ Certification and is currently working toward completing his Network+ — all part of his goal to develop broad expertise across IT disciplines.

Outside of work, Joe stays just as active. You might find him playing pickleball, testing his knowledge at trivia night, traveling to new places, or getting in a good workout.

We’re thrilled to have Joe on board. His drive, curiosity, and team spirit make him a perfect fit for ComTech’s culture. If the first few months are any indication, we can’t wait to see all that he’ll accomplish ahead.
