Our very first encounter with ComTech was with Scott Hobbs. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in explaining all of our telephone system options. He came to our office on two different occasions to give us a presentation, demo and answer any of our questions. It took us a while to make a decision, but we never had any pressure from anyone at ComTech – which was greatly appreciated!
We purchased the Zultys Green with ComTech Cloud SIP Trunks. It was very easy to set-up the phone service since ComTech did everything for us. Mike Hobbs came to our office and assisted with making sure each telephone was working on each staff person’s desk. They were very easy to work with and very patient in helping us get acclimated. The customer service was excellent and continues to be very responsive and helpful.
The phone system is very easy and user friendly. It is definitely a big improvement over our last phone system. With the pandemic going on, being able to answer the phones remotely made it seamless for us not to be in the office. I would highly recommend ComTech to any business.

We discovered a problem late in the evening on a Friday. A service request was sent with the anticipation of a resolution coming on Monday. ComTech responded to the service request and fixed our problem remotely and we were good as gold on Saturday morning. We appreciate their quick response and attention to customer service.
